Summary
Compatibility fixes for NORNZ: restores the WCS Stinger alongside the BAFUS Javelin and makes depot placement rank checks follow the scenario rank-lock setting.
Description
NORNZ server compatibility patch.
Restores the WCS Stinger to its original US arsenal catalogue entry and registers the BAFUS Javelin separately, resolving their shared catalogue-entry conflict. Both launchers remain available.
Makes WCS depot/construction placement rank checks follow the scenario Enable rank locked items setting. Disabling that setting removes the placement rank gate without changing player rank or XP. Supply costs remain in effect.
Requires WCS Core, WCS Armaments and BAFUSconfig Javelin to US. Dependencies establish the load relationship. This is an independent compatibility addon; original assets remain in their respective dependency mods.
Version 1.0.0: initial release. Validated with Workbench 1.8.0.13, WCS Armaments 8.4.0 and the matching NORNZ WCS Core. Engine checks confirmed both catalogue entries and prefab resolution. Live gameplay acceptance testing is still required.
