Added admin-only custom titles (1-24 characters) with named colors or #RRGGBB: !title custom cyan "Community Helper" [ID]. Added !title color <color> [ID]. Custom text and colors save by account and display in chat, scoreboard and supported nametags. Preserves preset commands, legacy Owner commands and the 1.0.1 chat fix. Existing saved assignments remain compatible. Custom titles grant no permissions. Update both server and clients. Compilation, 109 parser/storage checks and five chat initialization checks passed; full multiplayer verification remains pending.
