Description
NOVI Tactical – Persistent Trees verlängert die Lebensdauer kleiner Baumtrümmer, die beim Zerstören von Bäumen entstehen. Dadurch bleiben sie während einer laufenden Spielsitzung deutlich länger liegen.
In der aktuellen Version besitzen die liegen gebliebenen Baumteile keine blockierende Kollision. Du kannst deshalb durch sie hindurchlaufen und hindurchfahren. Dieses Verhalten soll in einer zukünftigen Version angepasst werden.
Die Mod speichert keine zerstörten Bäume über Spiel- oder Serverneustarts hinweg. Eine zusätzliche Mod ist nicht erforderlich.

1. Scope
The same license text may be distributed with multiple NOVI Tactical addons. For each addon, this license applies only to the original material distributed in that addon that the Licensor is entitled to license, including original scripts, configurations and documentation ("Material"). It does not claim ownership of Bohemia Interactive content, third-party material, trademarks, or unprotectable ideas and functionality. Such content remains subject to its respective rights and licenses. Rights not expressly granted here are reserved.
2. Permitted use
You may download, install, run and use the Material for non-commercial gameplay and development within Arma Reforger. This includes single-player scenarios and non-commercial servers, using the original addon obtained through its official NOVI Tactical Workshop listing.
You may make local copies necessary for installation, execution and private backup. These copies must not be made available to others except through the official Workshop mechanisms described below.
3. Integration with other mods
You may publish independently authored, non-commercial scenarios and mods that declare the original addon as a Workshop dependency, reference its resources and call its exposed interfaces, where such interfaces are provided by the mod.
This permission does not allow you to copy or package the Material into your own upload. Users must obtain the original addon separately through the official Workshop. Clearly credit NOVI Tactical and identify the original addon when describing an integration. Do not imply endorsement or ownership of the original mod.
Mod-specific runtime settings, scenario data and saved-state records may be created and used through the supported interfaces, where available.
4. Restrictions
Without separate written permission from the Licensor, you may not:
(a) reupload, mirror, redistribute or publish the Material, in whole or in part, whether unchanged or modified;
(b) include its files or protected portions of its code or assets in another mod, standalone package, modpack, repository or download;
(c) publish adaptations, ports or modified copies of the Material;
(d) remove or falsify attribution, license notices or authorship information, or present the Material as your own work.
Private modifications for non-commercial use in Arma Reforger are permitted but may not be redistributed.
Commercial use of the Material and any direct or indirect monetization of the Material are prohibited. Use outside Bohemia Interactive products is prohibited; the permission granted by this license is limited to Arma Reforger.
5. Workshop operation
This license does not restrict the rights granted to Bohemia Interactive under the applicable Workshop terms or obstruct the normal functioning of the Workshop.
Official hosting, downloading, updating, dependency resolution and automatic delivery to clients through Bohemia Interactive's Workshop mechanisms are permitted. Running the original addon on a server is permitted under section 2. These permissions do not authorize a separate Workshop listing or a third-party redistribution service.
6. Mandatory rights and third-party obligations
Nothing in this license restricts rights that cannot lawfully be restricted, including applicable statutory exceptions for interoperability. This license cannot override third-party licenses or applicable Bohemia Interactive game, tools and Workshop terms.
A permission from the Licensor cannot authorize conduct prohibited by those terms or by third-party rights.
7. Warranty and responsibility
The Material is provided as available, without a promise of fitness, compatibility, continued support or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no voluntary warranty is offered and liability is limited. This does not exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
8. Additional permissions
Requests for redistribution or other additional permissions must be addressed to Daniel / NOVI Tactical through the original Workshop author profile. Permission must be explicit and written; silence is not permission.
Any additional permission covers only rights the Licensor is entitled to grant and remains subject to section 6.
