This license is granted under and is subordinate to the Arma Reforger Workshop Terms
of Use, the Arma Reforger EULA, and Bohemia Interactive's Terms and Conditions. Where
this license conflicts with those documents, those documents take precedence. Nothing
in this license limits the functioning of the Arma Reforger Workshop or the rights of
Bohemia Interactive.
1. LICENSE GRANT
Subject to these terms, EvilJackk grants you a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable
license to download, install, use, and create dependency-based derivative works of the Mod
for personal, non-commercial use within Arma Reforger. All rights not expressly granted are
reserved.
2. NO COMMERCIAL USE OR MONETIZATION
You may not use the Mod, or any work derived from or depending on it, for any commercial
purpose, and you may not directly or indirectly monetize it. This includes paid access,
queues, whitelisting, in-game items, perks, roles, currency, or any donation or subscription
conditioned on receiving access to or benefit from the Mod or a server running it. Entirely
unconditional donations that grant no in-game benefit are permitted, consistent with
Bohemia Interactive's rules. Bohemia Interactive's approval of a server's monetization does
not exempt it from this clause.
3. BOHEMIA INTERACTIVE PRODUCTS ONLY
The Mod, and any derivative work, may be used only within Arma Reforger and other Bohemia
Interactive products that natively support it. You may not port, convert, or adapt it, in
whole or in part, to any other game, engine, or platform.
4. NO REUPLOAD OR REPACKAGING
You may not reupload, redistribute, repackage, mirror, or rehost the Mod itself, in whole or
in unmodified part, on any platform. Distribution of the Mod is permitted only through the
official Arma Reforger Workshop by EvilJackk. This does not restrict derivative works
permitted under Section 5. Nothing here interferes with the Workshop's normal functioning,
including its sublicensing of the Mod to end users under the Workshop Terms of Use.
5. RESKINNING, PREFAB EDITING & DERIVATIVE WORKS
You may create reskins, modified prefabs, and other derivative works based on the Mod,
subject to all of the following:
• Dependency required. Derivatives must be published as dependency mods that require this
Mod to be installed in order to function. They may not bundle, repackage, or include this
Mod's files; they must extend it through legitimate Enfusion mechanisms, such as prefab
inheritance, component overrides, or exposed APIs, rather than by copying its files.
• Workshop only, non-commercial. Derivatives must be released only through the official
Arma Reforger Workshop and remain subject to Sections 2, 3, and 6.
6. NO MISREPRESENTATION
You may not falsely claim to be the original creator or publisher of the Mod. Derivative
works must use a distinct name that does not impersonate, replace, or cause confusion with
the Mod or its official Workshop listing.
7. DISCLAIMER & LIABILITY
The Mod is provided "as-is" with no warranties of any kind, express or implied. EvilJackk is
not liable for any damages, issues, or losses arising from its use.
8. ENFORCEMENT
Violations may result in DMCA takedown notices, reports to Bohemia Interactive, and
revocation of this license, including the right to create or distribute derivative works.
DMCA claims apply only to material in which EvilJackk holds copyright. Content inherited
from Bohemia Interactive's engine, base classes, or sample content is not covered by this
license and remains subject to its own terms.
9. SEVERABILITY & VERSIONING
If any provision of this license is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in
effect. This license governs all versions of the Mod published under the Workshop ID above
unless explicitly superseded by a future license published alongside an updated release.
10. ACCEPTANCE
By downloading, installing, using, or creating derivative works of the Mod, you agree to
these terms.
