Local Radio Project Sonar

Local Radio adds one extra radio station to Project Sonar. The music is NOT part of this mod: the server and every player keep the same music files in their own profile folder, and the station plays them in sync for everyone in the vehicle or near the radio.

HOW IT WORKS
- The server reads a playlist and decides which track plays when.
- Project Sonar sends that to all players, and each player's game plays the matching file from their own folder at the right position.
- Switching away and back, or joining later, continues the song at the correct position.

SETUP (server and every player)
1. Create the folder  <profile>/LocalRadio/
   Client on Windows:  Documents\My Games\ArmaReforger\profile\LocalRadio\
   Dedicated server:   <your -profile folder>/profile/LocalRadio/
   Tip: make this folder a link (mklink /D on Windows, ln -s on Linux) to one shared network folder, then everyone always has the same files.
2. Put the music in as WAV files named 001.wav, 002.wav, 003.wav ... (48 kHz, 16 bit, stereo recommended).
3. Add playlist.txt to the same folder, one line per track, separated by TABs:
     <file number> <TAB> <length in seconds> <TAB> <title>
   Optional first line to name the station:
     #name My Station
   Example:
     #name Radio Retro
     001	214	Artist - Song One
     002	187	Artist - Song Two
4. All players must have identical files with the same numbers. Players without the files simply hear nothing on this station.

LIMITS
- Up to 300 tracks, each up to 30 minutes.
- The playlist must list the files in order without gaps (001, 002, 003 ...).
- If your server uses a Project Sonar station whitelist, add the station name.

Online radio streams are not possible: the engine can only play files.

You are responsible for the music you put into your folder. This mod contains no music.
