My attempt to add arabic voices to RU AI.
Description
How it works
Works in any scenario and on any map, with no setup
Replaces the six Russian radio voice files, so mods that use the vanilla Soviet voice get Arabic too
Callouts the Russian voice builds from numbers, directions and distances (like “three, north, 200 metres”) only play the Arabic phrase for now
