Implemented and enabled

- Authored difficulty tiers on five combat missions, scaled defenders and foot QRF waves.
- Communications-destruction flag; future waves honor it, committed waves are retained.
- Native role equipment and unarmed initial equipment, HQ personnel and services menus.
- Shared virtual armory, recursive deposits, partial-item rejection, withdrawals,
  nearby vehicle cargo transfer, and saved equipment-list restocking.
- Personal money, XP, perk points, contributions, item/vehicle shops and service perks.
- Version 6 named-field persistence for settings, profiles, stock and mission plans.
  Reload replaces active mission state even when the saved list is empty. Late HQ restoration
  relocates props, spawn points and its marker. Shutdown cleanup does not award failure rewards.
