GO MEDIC – Hardcore medical system for Arma Reforger multiplayer

Every hit is analysed: where it struck, what lay under it, how much got through the vest. The wound causes what such a wound causes – and only the right treatment helps. Built for multiplayer servers: every state and every treatment is seen by every player, also late joiners.

CIRCULATION
- Blood loss in four classes: the pulse rises, the blood pressure falls; unconscious instead of dead at about 44 % loss.
- Cardiac arrest: a brain clock runs (5 min, 4x slower with CPR). CPR with the ventilation mask can restart the heart – only with enough blood in the body.
- Bleeding follows the blood pressure. Lost blood does not come back by itself: saline (35 % in 60 s) and Arma's medkit.
- A bullet through the head kills.

DRUGS – auto-injectors with colour-coded caps
- Epinephrine, phenylephrine, metoprolol, naloxone, combat stim; Arma's morphine works against pain.
- Every dose rises, acts and fades; more than 2 at once is an overdose; opposing drugs cancel each other.
- Smelling salts wake a patient up from blood-loss class II.
- Combat stim: stamina comes back about 4x faster for 3 minutes, then a 30 s crash.

CHEST AND AIRWAY
- A bullet through the lung opens the chest → chest seal (it goes on the wounded side). Left open for 3 minutes it turns into a tension pneumothorax → decompression needle.
- Unconscious patients: the tongue can block the airway, they can vomit → airway tube; the oxygen mask raises the oxygen.
- Arteries: thigh and arm need a tourniquet, the neck a pressure dressing.

BONES
- A bullet or a hard fall can break thigh, shin, upper arm or forearm: limping without sprint, or a shaking aim – until a splint.

EXAMINE
- Arma's "Examine casualty" opens GO Medic's box: pulse, blood pressure, oxygen, breathing, blood-loss class, pain, fractures, lung sounds, airway, every drug with its seconds left, red warnings with the right remedy.

CONTROLS
- No new keys: everything goes through Arma's action menu, inventory and quick slots – keyboard and controller alike.

AI
- AI keeps Arma's rules: it bleeds, falls unconscious and dies like in vanilla. Treat it with Arma's own items.

SERVER SETTINGS (ADMINS)
- Pause menu → "GO Medic": brain clock, CPR, blood regeneration, head shots, overdose, drug duration, tension pneumothorax, tongue, vomiting, debug log.
- Only the host and logged-in admins (#login) see and change them; every player gets them at once. Chat / RCON: #gom status, #gom debug on|off.

MULTIPLAYER AND COMPATIBILITY
- The server decides, every machine shows the same: states replicate to everyone, treatments use Arma's own animations.
- No vanilla prefab or config is overwritten; the items join Arma's arsenal through their own catalog.
- A self-check at start: if an Arma update removes something GO Medic needs, that part switches off cleanly and the log says why.
- Runs on its own – use it instead of other medical mods, not together with them.
