## 1. Ownership and Intellectual Property
The Live Telemetry Mod is proprietary software owned by Leethyldk
All original source code, Enfusion scripts, telemetry systems, API integrations, configurations and documentation remain the intellectual property of Leethyldk
This license grants limited usage rights only and does not transfer ownership to users, communities or hosting providers
## 2. Exclusive Loafhosting Usage
The Live Telemetry Mod is licensed exclusively for Arma Reforger servers actively hosted by Loafhosting
This restriction exists because the mod, telemetry API, authentication services and supporting infrastructure are designed and configured to integrate with the Loafhosting control panel
Only customers with an active Loafhosting Arma Reforger server may operate the mod
Usage on other hosting providers, self-hosted machines, independent VPS instances or dedicated servers outside Loafhosting is prohibited
Having a Loafhosting account does not authorize usage on external infrastructure
## 3. Permitted Usage
Eligible customers may download, install and operate the official, unmodified mod on authorized Loafhosting servers
Changes through officially supported configuration settings are permitted
All other rights remain reserved by Leethyldk
## 4. Restrictions
Without written authorization from Leethyldk, users may not:
- Modify, fork, recompile or repackage the mod
- Extract, decompile or reverse engineer proprietary code, except where mandatory law permits
- Redistribute, mirror or reupload the mod
- Sell, sublicense or commercially exploit the software
- Remove copyright or ownership information
- Bypass hosting verification or API authentication
- Share private API keys or credentials
- Integrate proprietary components into unauthorized services
## 5. API and Security
Telemetry services are restricted to authorized integrations
Users must not manipulate server identifiers, impersonate servers, bypass authentication or access protected infrastructure without permission
API credentials must remain confidential and securely stored
Unauthorized access may result in suspension or termination of service
## 6. GDPR and Data Protection
The mod may process player identifiers, names, positions, factions, squads, map markers and gameplay events
Where information can identify an individual, GDPR and applicable privacy laws may apply
Responsible parties must establish a lawful basis, provide required privacy information, implement appropriate security measures and define retention periods
Controller and processor responsibilities depend on actual processing activities and must be established separately where required
This license does not replace a privacy notice or data processing agreement
## 7. Commercial Usage
Selling the mod or commercially exploiting its proprietary components is prohibited unless authorized and permitted by applicable platform rules
Server monetization must comply with Bohemia Interactive policies
Permission from Leethyldk does not override platform restrictions
## 8. Loafhosting Partnership
Loafhosting is the designated hosting integration partner
This partnership does not grant Loafhosting ownership of the mod, source code or intellectual property
Deployment, distribution and operational permissions require separate written agreements
## 9. Termination
Permission to operate the mod ends when the relevant server is no longer hosted by Loafhosting
Material violations may result in termination of usage rights, subject to applicable law
Unauthorized installations must be removed following valid termination
## 10. Disclaimer and Liability
The mod is provided AS IS without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, compatibility or error-free performance
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leethyldk is not liable for indirect losses, interrupted gameplay, lost revenue or data loss
Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded
## 11. Platform Compliance
This license is subject to Bohemia Interactive Workshop terms, Arma Reforger policies and applicable laws
Mandatory platform requirements take precedence where conflicts arise
## 12. Governing Law and Acceptance
This license is intended to be governed by Danish law, subject to mandatory legal provisions
By installing or using the mod, users accept these terms where a valid agreement is formed
Users who do not accept these conditions must not operate the mod

Plain-English Summary (Non-Binding)
The Live Telemetry Mod is proprietary software licensed by Leethyldk exclusively for use on Arma Reforger game servers actively hosted by Loafhosting under a valid customer account. You may install the official unmodified release only on such a server, subject to this license and Bohemia Interactive's rules. The mod and its associated telemetry API/service are designed, configured, and supported for integration with the Loafhosting control panel, including server-specific configuration and authorized service access. For this reason, this license permits use only on eligible Loafhosting-hosted servers. Using the mod with another provider, on self-hosted hardware, or on an independently operated VPS or dedicated server is not authorized, even if You also hold a Loafhosting account. You may not edit, decompile, republish, sell, repackage, or distribute the mod or its proprietary code without written permission. Monetized server use requires separate written authorization. Access to private telemetry APIs, dashboards, and related infrastructure is not automatically included and remains subject to authorized provisioning. Loafhosting is acknowledged as a hosting partner but does not acquire ownership or general redistribution rights. The numbered provisions control.
1. Definitions
1.1 Content means the Live Telemetry Mod and its original proprietary source code, compiled releases, Enfusion scripts, telemetry collectors, event handlers, player-position and heading logic, map-marker and objective logic, identity handling, API client code, configuration templates, documentation, and future authorized updates. It excludes independently owned third-party components, Bohemia Interactive assets, and player data merely processed by the software.
1.2 Licensor means Leethyldk, to the extent Leethyldk owns or is authorized to license the relevant Content.
1.3 You means any person, community, server operator, or business installing, operating, modifying, or distributing Content.
1.4 Modification includes editing, overriding, patching, decompiling, porting, rebranding, repackaging, or making derivative works from protected Content. Independently written interoperable software that does not copy protected Content is not automatically a Modification.
1.5 Redistribution means sharing, mirroring, reuploading, sublicensing, selling, bundling, or otherwise providing copies of Content or unauthorized Modifications outside its official distribution channel.
1.6 Monetized Server means a server or associated community receiving money or commercial value related to access or operations, including donations, subscriptions, paid priority queues, advertising, and sponsorships.
1.7 Eligible Loafhosting Server means an Arma Reforger game server actively provisioned and hosted by Loafhosting for a customer whose Loafhosting account and relevant server service are in good standing. Merely having a Loafhosting account or purchasing another Loafhosting product does not make a server hosted elsewhere eligible.
1.8 Written Permission means explicit verifiable authorization from Leethyldk specifying the recipient, allowed activity, server or service, and applicable scope.
1.9 Loafhosting Control Panel Integration means the supported configuration, provisioning, server identification, authentication, and telemetry-service connection workflow designed for Loafhosting customer servers. It does not imply that Loafhosting owns the mod or that a technical integration is guaranteed to be available at all times.
2. License Grant
2.1 Subject to compliance with this License, Leethyldk grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, royalty-free license to download the official release, install and run it in unmodified form solely on an Eligible Loafhosting Server You lawfully operate, provided the server is non-monetized unless separately authorized under Section 4, and permit players to use its ordinary gameplay functionality.
2.2 All other rights are reserved. No source-code access, right to edit, right to distribute modified versions, commercial right, or right to use private APIs is implied.
2.3 Hosting exclusivity and technical integration. The Content and associated telemetry API/service are designed and configured to operate through the Loafhosting control panel and its supported server provisioning and configuration workflow. The hosting restriction reflects this intended integration, including supported server identification, authentication, and service configuration. Accordingly, use of the Content is strictly limited to Eligible Loafhosting Servers. You must not deploy, run, operate, or provide the Content on servers hosted by other providers, self-hosted hardware, independently rented VPS or dedicated servers, or third-party infrastructure outside Loafhosting. A separate Loafhosting customer account does not authorize such use. This hosting restriction applies even where the Content was lawfully downloaded from the official Workshop.
2.4 This License does not grant rights in Bohemia Interactive intellectual property or third-party software. Applicable platform terms remain binding.
3. Telemetry and API Access
3.1 Depending on the release and configuration, the Content may collect and transmit player identifiers, display names, positions, headings, factions, squads, map markers, objective status, and gameplay events.
3.2 The mod is intended to use the supported Loafhosting control-panel integration for applicable configuration and authorized connections to the telemetry API/service. Installation of the mod does not, by itself, grant independent or unrestricted access to private API endpoints, replay databases, credentials, dashboards, or other backend systems. Such access requires appropriate provisioning and authorization.
3.3 You must not forge server IDs, bypass API authentication, reuse exposed tokens, defeat rate limits, impersonate another server, or deliberately disrupt telemetry infrastructure.
3.4 You must protect credentials and restrict access to authorized personnel. Notify the relevant operator promptly if credentials are compromised.
3.5 You must not use telemetry for unlawful surveillance, harassment, doxxing, or unlawful tracking. Operators must meet applicable privacy, transparency, retention, and security obligations.
3.6 This software license does not establish ownership of gameplay data, authorize processing of personal data, or replace a privacy notice or data-processing agreement.
4. Commercial and Monetized Use
4.1 Monetized server operation requires prior Written Permission identifying the server or network and approved monetization arrangement. Monetization permission does not waive the Eligible Loafhosting Server requirement.
4.2 Any authorized monetization must separately comply with Bohemia Interactive policies and applicable law. Leethyldk's approval does not establish platform approval.
4.3 Authorization for one server or commercial model does not extend automatically to another.
4.4 Selling the Content, providing paid copies, licensing it onward, or offering it as a hosted commercial product requires separate express permission.
5. Modification Restrictions
5.1 Without Written Permission, You must not edit, fork, decompile, disassemble, recompile, port, extract, or publish proprietary Content or derivative versions, except where mandatory law permits the activity.
5.2 You must not create unauthorized Enfusion overrides targeting proprietary classes or resources, reuse proprietary GUIDs, remove author notices, or distribute extracted scripts or configuration files.
5.3 You may change settings explicitly exposed for ordinary server administration. Such configuration is permitted and does not count as unauthorized modification.
5.4 Lawful independent development and non-waivable interoperability rights are not restricted by this License.
6. Authorized Developers
6.1 Only Leethyldk and individuals expressly authorized by Leethyldk in writing may edit proprietary source or prepare modified releases on Leethyldk's behalf.
6.2 Such authorization is personal, limited to the specified scope, and may not be delegated or sublicensed.
6.3 Authorized developers must protect private source code, builds, secrets, and API credentials and must not distribute them outside the authorized scope.
6.4 Authorization may be revoked in writing, subject to any separate binding agreement.
7. Loafhosting Partnership
7.1 Loafhosting is acknowledged as the hosting and control-panel integration partner for the Live Telemetry Mod. The mod, its telemetry API connection, and associated service configuration are designed for deployment and operation through the Loafhosting customer control panel. The public license grant in Section 2 is therefore exclusive to eligible customers using Loafhosting-hosted Arma Reforger servers.
7.2 This integration and partnership acknowledgement does not make Loafhosting a co-owner, author, licensor, or automatic distributor of the Content. It does not grant unrestricted access to source code or independent use of the telemetry backend.
7.3 Any right for Loafhosting to host, deploy, maintain, support, or access the Content must be covered by a separate written partnership agreement or specific Written Permission from Leethyldk.
7.4 Neither party may imply broader endorsement, ownership, or rights to the other party's branding than have actually been agreed.
7.5 Confidentiality, service levels, commercial terms, control-panel responsibilities, credential provisioning, security responsibilities, and data-processing terms between the parties should be addressed separately. The existence of an integration does not itself establish the parties GDPR roles.
7.6 If a customer migrates the relevant game server away from Loafhosting, cancels the Loafhosting-hosted server, or otherwise ceases to meet the Eligible Loafhosting Server definition, the permission to operate the Content on that server ends immediately. The customer must stop using and remove the Content from that server before or upon migration or cancellation. Loafhosting customer status alone does not permit use on another provider.
8. Redistribution
8.1 You may not upload, mirror, share, sell, bundle, or redistribute proprietary Content, including private builds and extracted source, without Written Permission.
8.2 Official Workshop availability does not authorize alternate uploads, repackaging, or claiming authorship.
8.3 Sharing private tokens, credentials, or proprietary API source code is prohibited except as authorized or required by law.
9. Branding and Attribution
9.1 Preserve the original Leethyldk copyright and attribution notices on all lawfully retained copies.
9.2 You may accurately identify the mod on a compatible server but may not imply official endorsement or partnership without permission.
9.3 Loafhosting may be identified as a hosting partner where factually accurate, without granting either party unrestricted trademark rights.
9.4 Ordinary gameplay streams, screenshots, and commentary are permitted where otherwise lawful, provided they do not expose proprietary code or credentials.
10. Security and Circumvention
10.1 You may not evade license restrictions through third parties, proxy distributions, alternative accounts, disguised builds, or unauthorized integration methods.
10.2 Mandatory legal rights, including protected security research and interoperability activities, are unaffected.
11. Permission Requests
11.1 Requests for permission must identify the requester, server or service, intended use, any modifications, monetization, distribution, and duration.
11.2 Silence, previous access, verbal assurances from others, or public availability do not constitute permission.
11.3 Written Permission applies only to the expressly identified recipient and scope. Permissions concerning monetization, modifications, API access, or redistribution do not waive the Loafhosting-only hosting requirement under this public license.
12. Termination
12.1 A material breach may terminate the limited permission granted under this License, subject to mandatory law and any separate agreement. Eligibility to operate the Content on a given server ends automatically when that server ceases to be an Eligible Loafhosting Server.
12.2 Leethyldk may revoke individually granted permissions by notice, subject to applicable law and contractual commitments.
12.3 After valid termination, cease unauthorized use and remove unauthorized copies and installations under Your control within the period specified in the notice, normally 72 hours. This does not require deletion of independently owned records or data that must lawfully be retained.
12.4 Ownership, lawful enforcement rights, and restrictions on unauthorized redistribution survive termination where applicable.
13. Enforcement
13.1 Leethyldk may seek lawful remedies for infringement or breach, including platform reports, takedown notices, injunctions, and damages where available.
13.2 Failure to enforce a term in one case does not waive it in another.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
14.1 TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE CONTENT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF FITNESS, MERCHANTABILITY, ACCURACY, CONTINUOUS OPERATION, OR COMPATIBILITY WITH ANY PARTICULAR SERVER OR GAME VERSION.
14.2 The Content may be affected by game updates, network outages, hosting configuration, and third-party services.
15. Limitation of Liability
15.1 TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEETHYLDK IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS, LOST PROFITS, INTERRUPTED MATCHES, LOSS OF SERVER POPULATION, OR LOSS OF DATA ARISING FROM USE OF THE CONTENT.
15.2 Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
16. Ownership
16.1 The Content is licensed, not sold. All rights in original proprietary Content owned by Leethyldk remain with Leethyldk.
16.2 No server operator, staff member, player, or hosting partner, including Loafhosting, acquires ownership merely by operating or supporting the Content.
16.3 Third-party components retain their own copyrights and license terms.
17. Platform and Data Protection
17.1 This License is subject to mandatory Bohemia Interactive game and Workshop requirements. Mandatory platform terms prevail to the extent of conflict.
17.2 Each party involved in processing identifiable telemetry must assess and comply with its actual obligations under applicable privacy law, including the GDPR where relevant. Roles as controller, joint controller, or processor depend on who determines the purposes and means of processing and what each party actually does, not solely on this software license.
17.3 Private APIs, replay storage, control-panel integration, and telemetry dashboards may require separate operational and data-processing terms.
17.4 This License does not claim that Bohemia Interactive or Loafhosting endorses or independently enforces the hosting restriction. The restriction is a condition of the license granted by Leethyldk, subject to applicable law and mandatory platform rules.
18. General Terms
18.1 Severability. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law.
18.2 Entire Agreement. This License governs use of the Content unless a separate binding written agreement expressly supersedes a provision.
18.3 Revisions. Updated terms may be published through official channels, with effect only as permitted by law and applicable agreement.
18.4 Acceptance. By installing or using the Content, You accept these terms to the extent a valid agreement is formed under applicable law. Otherwise, do not use the Content.
18.5 Assignment. Licensed rights cannot be transferred without Written Permission except as mandatory law permits.
18.6 Governing Law. Danish law is intended to govern, subject to mandatory conflict-of-law, consumer, and other applicable provisions. Disputes will be resolved by courts with jurisdiction under applicable law.
18.7 Notices. Contact Leethyldk through the official contact channel designated on the authorized Workshop listing or project page.
18.8 Interpretation. Headings are for convenience; examples are illustrative rather than exhaustive.
