Summary
First person on foot and in every seat, third person only for the driver or pilot. For servers: set disableThirdPerson to false, this mod is then the rule.
Description
R8 View Rules keeps players in first person on foot, as gunners and as passengers, and lets only the driver of a vehicle or the pilot flying a helicopter switch to third person. Leaving the vehicle, changing seat or handing over the controls snaps the view back to first person.
Server setup: add this mod and set gameProperties.disableThirdPerson to false. The game's own switch is all or nothing, so this mod replaces it.
Made for the R8 Territory server. No dependencies beyond the base game.
