Soviet Ai Kits

A PvE Conflict campaign on Kunar Province. Warhawk Division fights from Bargam Airfield through the west, back up the Korengal valley and on to Seljuks Castle, one base at a time. The enemy is the Kunar Militia, run by an AI commander that reinforces, counterattacks and gets harder the closer you get.

THE ROUTE
Bargam Airfield > 3 outposts east, 16 north and west > Khunbar > OP Dallas > OP Restrepo > AliAbad > COP Korengal > FireBase Vegas > Tor Kelay > Kunar Abad > Abbas Ghar > Chichal > Seljuks Castle.

THE FRONT
- 30 objectives in that order. Only the current one can be captured and gets a Seize task. Locked bases are marked on the map and stay empty until they unlock.
- Right after you take a base the militia counterattacks it. If they retake it, the front moves back.
- Hold Seljuks Castle for 5 minutes to win.
- Free arsenals, vehicles and helicopters, named Warhawk squads.

THE ENEMY
- QRFs with technicals as you close in.
- Defenders, patrols, ambushes and armour at the objective.
- Later, mortar and sniper teams harass your bases.
- Escalates in 5 steps toward Seljuks Castle and scales with players online.
- Optional: take its supply base at Kandlay to slow it.
- Never spawns within 800 m of a player, in sight, in water or inside rocks.

PERSISTENT
- Bases, the front, the enemy, ranks, XP, structures and vehicles survive restarts.
- Saves on every capture and every 10 minutes. Winning wipes the save.

FOR SERVER ADMINS
- Scenario: {F55B2EED6E4ACF78}Missions/WCE_Kunar_Korengal.conf
- Requires Kunar Province and Soviet Ai Kits (the militia's kit). Up to 64 players.
- Settings: profile/WCE/config.json.
- Admin chat commands: #wce status, commander, where, save, reset confirm.
- Launch with -loadSessionSave (not -keepSessionSave).

WD WARHAWK CONFLICT ENHANCED LICENSE

Version 1.0, October 2026

Copyright (c) 2026 Warhawk Division. All rights reserved.

This license covers the Arma Reforger mod WD Warhawk Conflict Enhanced (Workshop name WD Warhawk
Conflict Enhanced, also called WCE), including its scenario, scripts, configuration files,
prefabs, images, documentation and any future updates published under this license (together,
the "Mod"). "Warhawk Division", "we" and "us" mean the Warhawk Division gaming community that
publishes the Mod. "You" means anyone who downloads, installs, hosts or uses it.

1. WHAT YOU MAY DO

1. Play and host. You may download, install and load the Mod, and run it on any game server,
public or private. Arma Reforger downloads the Mod automatically when you join a server that
runs it, and that is permitted. If you run a server, you may change the settings in the Mod's
config.json file on your own server.
2. Listing the Mod in a server's mod list, so that Arma Reforger downloads it from the Workshop,
is not redistribution and is permitted.
3. Bohemia Interactive may host, distribute and display the Mod on the Arma Reforger Workshop.
Nothing in this license limits any right Bohemia Interactive has under the Arma Reforger End
User License Agreement, the Arma Reforger Tools End User License Agreement or the Arma
   Reforger Workshop Terms of Use.

Everything not listed in this section is reserved by Warhawk Division.

2. WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO

Unless Warhawk Division gives you written permission first, you may not:

1. Copy, modify, adapt, translate, decompile, or extract the Mod's scripts or other files, or
   create derivative works from it.
2. Re-upload, mirror, repack or redistribute the Mod, in whole or in part, including inside
mod packs, other mods, or as a dependency of another mod.
3. Use the Mod, or anything made from it, commercially, or monetize it directly or indirectly.
This includes charging for access to the Mod or its features, putting them behind paid
perks, selling it, or using it to promote a paid product or service.
4. Use the Mod, or any part of it, outside games and products made by Bohemia Interactive.
5. Use the Mod for anything other than entertainment and recreation, for example for real-world
military, professional, occupational or educational training.
6. Use the names Warhawk Division, WD Warhawk Conflict Enhanced or WCE, or the Warhawk Division
crest, in a way that suggests your mod or server is made, run or endorsed by Warhawk Division.
7. Remove or change this license or any copyright notice in the Mod.

3. DATA THE MOD RECORDS

1. Server settings file. On the server, the Mod reads the file WCE/config.json in the server's
profile folder. If the file does not exist, or settings are missing, the Mod writes it with
the default settings. It holds game settings only (for example the front lock, supplies and
the number of enemy groups). It holds no player information.
2. Campaign save. The Mod stores the state of its AI commander (the enemy's remaining manpower,
the escalation override, counterattacks and cooldowns still waiting) in the game's own
campaign save on the server, which is written when bases are captured, at regular
intervals and when an admin saves. The Mod's part of the save holds no player information.
The game's own save system also stores the rest of the campaign, and the Mod does not
control what that holds. Winning, or the admin command to reset the campaign, ends the
campaign and wipes the save, unless the server is set to keep it.
3. Server log. The Mod writes lines to the game server's own log file, all starting with [WCE].
They describe what the enemy does: operations launched and ended (QRFs, counterattacks,
patrols, ambushes, mortar and sniper teams), manpower, saves, settings loaded, front and
base changes, and map positions of enemy units and spawn points. When someone types the #wce
admin command, or uses it over RCON, the Mod also logs who used it: their in-game name, their
player number on the server and their Bohemia account identity ID, the command and any
word typed after it. This includes people who are not admins and are refused. The command
#wce where also logs the admin's map position and facing. The Mod uses the positions of
players only while the game runs, to decide where enemies may appear, and does not write
them to the log or to the save.
4. Chat and screen messages. The Mod answers #wce commands in the chat of the person who typed
them. It shows the current objective to players on the screen when they join or when the
objective changes. It adds "Locked" markers to the map.
5. Nothing else. The Mod sends nothing off the server, to Warhawk Division or anyone else, and
saves nothing on your computer. It does not record IP addresses, other chat messages, voice,
or anything else from your computer.

4. BOHEMIA INTERACTIVE

The Mod is published on the Arma Reforger Workshop and must be used in line with the Arma Reforger
End User License Agreement, the Arma Reforger Tools End User License Agreement and the Workshop
Terms of Use. If anything in this license conflicts with those documents, they prevail. This
license grants no rights in Bohemia Interactive's games, tools or content. Bohemia Interactive is
not a party to this license and is not responsible for the Mod.

5. OTHER MODS

The Mod needs other Workshop mods that a server loads with it, including Kunar Province and
Soviet Ai Kits, and the mods those need. They remain their authors' property and are covered by
their own licenses. This license grants no rights in them, and the Mod does not redistribute
them: Arma Reforger downloads them from the Workshop.

6. ASKING FOR PERMISSION

To ask about any use not allowed above, contact Warhawk Division staff through the Warhawk
Division Discord server (discord.gg/warhawk). Permission only counts if it is given in writing
by Warhawk Division staff.

7. ENDING THIS LICENSE

This license ends automatically, without notice, if you break any of its terms. When it ends you
must stop using the Mod and delete any copies you made.

8. NO WARRANTY

The Mod is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Warhawk Division is a
volunteer hobby community. To the fullest extent the law allows, Warhawk Division and its members
are not liable for any claim, damages or other liability arising from the Mod or its use,
including loss of game progress, characters, equipment, vehicles, data, or server performance.

9. FUTURE VERSIONS

Warhawk Division may publish future versions of the Mod under a different license, including a more
open one such as the Arma Public License Share Alike (APL-SA). Each version is covered by the
license it was published with.

10. GOVERNING LAW

This license is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, matching the Warhawk
Division website's Terms of Use.

This license was drafted for a hobby community and has not been reviewed by a lawyer.
