You may download this addon and play with it on a server run by the author.
You may not redistribute it, modify it, reuse parts of it, depend on it from
another addon, or run it on your own server, without written permission first.
1. DEFINITIONS
"the Work" means this addon and every file distributed with it, including
scripts, configuration files, prefabs, prefab overrides, assets, textures and
documentation.
"the Author" means Jacques, known on the Arma Reforger Workshop as
"richgangster87".
2. GRANT
You are permitted to download the Work through the official Arma Reforger
Workshop, and to load it as an end user in order to play Arma Reforger on a
server operated by the Author or expressly authorised by the Author.
No other right is granted.
3. RESTRICTIONS
Without the prior written permission of the Author, you may not:
a. redistribute, reupload, mirror, repackage or otherwise share the Work, in
whole or in part, by any means;
b. modify, adapt, translate, port, decompile or create derivative works from
the Work;
c. extract, reuse or incorporate any part of the Work, including its scripts,
prefab overrides and assets, into any other addon or project;
d. declare the Work as a dependency of another addon, or otherwise build upon
it by inheritance, override or API call;
e. operate a game server that loads the Work;
f. remove or alter this licence, any copyright notice, or any attribution
contained in the Work;
g. monetise the Work or any part of it, or use it in connection with any paid
service, subscription, or donation-gated access of any kind.
4. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS
All rights not expressly granted above are reserved by the Author. Permission
for any restricted use may be requested through the Author's Arma Reforger
Workshop profile, and will not be unreasonably withheld.
5. NO WARRANTY
The Work is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied,
including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a
particular purpose. The Author accepts no liability for any claim, damage or
loss arising from the use of the Work.
6. RELATIONSHIP TO OTHER TERMS
This licence governs the Work alone. It grants no rights in Arma Reforger, the
Enfusion engine, or any third-party addon that the Work depends upon or
interoperates with, each of which remains subject to its own terms. Nothing in
this licence purports to override the Arma Reforger EULA or the Bohemia
Interactive Workshop Terms of Use.
