BlackReign - Personal Locker
Adds a fixed Personal Locker to the BlackReign Safezone.
The locker is intended as a secure backup storage point for players. Each player accesses their own personal stash, making it useful for storing emergency gear, weapons, ammunition, medical supplies and other essentials.
This gives players somewhere to keep backup equipment before they have their own base, and provides a recovery option after death when respawning back at the Safezone.
