Currently covered:
- Player / partisan voice lines
- Civilian voice lines excluding Russian civilians (8 unique voices!)
- Resistance officer lines
- Resistance operative lines
- Resistance-related radio / callout lines
- Passphrases, number callouts, and mission-related dialogue

Important:
- This mod does NOT replace Russian / RU voices.
- RU civilian voice banks are not the focus of this release.
- The goal is to localize the player and resistance side for Lithuanian-themed Freedom Fighters scenarios.
