ARMA REFORGER WORKSHOP TERMS OF USE
1. General provisions
These ARMA REFORGER Workshop Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms of Use”) amend Bohemia Terms and Conditions and together with Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and ARMA REFORGER EULA regulate the use of ARMA REFORGER Workshop and other related services. In the case of any discrepancies between these Terms of Use and Bohemia Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy or ARMA REFORGER EULA provisions of these Terms of Use shall prevail. Definitions set forth in Bohemia Terms and Conditions shall have the same meaning in these Terms of Use.
By using ARMA REFORGER Workshop You declare that:
- You are familiar with the above mentioned documents regulating the relationship between You and Us.
- You have fully understood these Terms of Use and You agree with them. If You are not capable of understanding these Terms of Use Your legal guardian (usually Your parent) may agree to them on Your behalf.
Any use of ARMA REFORGER Workshop which is not in compliance with all applicable documents is expressly prohibited.
2. Use of ARMA REFORGER Workshop
The main purpose of ARMA REFORGER Workshop is to connect Users of the video game ARMA REFORGER (hereinafter referred to as the “Game“) and enable them to share and further develop the content they have created within or for the Game and thus improve their Game experience.
Within ARMA REFORGER Workshop the Users may:
- Upload and share
- the content they have created within the Game or using the Game or any of its parts or using any software associated with the Game;
- their own content such as pictures, sounds, graphics, models or any other similar content which is intended to be used within the Game;
- content created by a combination of the Game content and their own content described above
(any content uploaded to ARMA REFORGER Workshop hereinafter referred to as the “Content“).
- Download, use, alter and further develop the Content uploaded to ARMA REFORGER Workshop.
3. Uploading Content to ARMA REFORGER Workshop
By uploading any Content to ARMA REFORGER Workshop You declare that:
- You are entitled to dispose with and use such Content.
- The Content does not infringe anyone else´s rights and that any use of the Content presumed by these Terms of use will be in compliance with all applicable laws or other applicable legal documents.
- The Content does not contain anything that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory, libelous, or racially, sexually, religiously, or otherwise objectionable or offensive or anything that contains nudity, excessive violence, or offensive subject matter or that contains a link to such content.
You acknowledge that We may in Our sole discretion decide to remove any Content uploaded to ARMA REFORGER Workshop particularly if it is in breach of these Terms of Use or in any other way violates the rights of third parties.
Any Content You upload to ARMA REFORGER Workshop has to be licensed to other Users who download it under one of the following license terms: APL license, APL-SA license, APL-ND license, ADPL-SA license or any other custom license of your choice. The custom license of your choice must be in compliance with all applicable documents regulating the use of this ARMA REFORGER Workshop and the use of the content you used for creating the Content. The custom license shall explicitly prohibit the use of the Content for any commercial purposes, shall explicitly prohibit any direct or indirect monetization of the Content and shall explicitly prohibit the use of the Content outside Our own products. The custom license shall also not limit the functioning of this ARMA REFORGER Workshop and shall support its purposes.
Any User who downloads the Content may use the Content only in compliance with these Terms of Use and in compliance with the license terms under which the Content was uploaded to this ARMA REFORGER Workshop. The User may further sublicense the Content or any Content created based on the downloaded Content or any of its parts only in compliance set forth in these Terms of Use and license terms under which the original Content was uploaded to this ARMA REFORGER Workshop.
4. Downloading Content from ARMA REFORGER Workshop
ARMA REFORGER Workshop enables the User to download, use, and (if the license under which the Content was uploaded to this ARMA REFORGER Workshop allows) alter and further develop the Content other Users uploaded to ARMA REFORGER Workshop all in compliance with these Terms of Use and other applicable documents.
If You download any Content from ARMA REFORGER Workshop You accept and agree to be bound by the respective license under which such Content was uploaded to this ARMA REFORGER Workshop.
5. Responsibility
By downloading any Content from ARMA REFORGER Workshop You establish a relationship between You and the User who uploaded such Content to ARMA REFORGER Workshop which is regulated by these Terms of Use. We are not part of such relationship but We can influence it as it is described in these Terms of Use.
The Content is provided 'as is', which means that We give You absolutely no warranties of any kind regarding the Content.
We are not responsible for and We cannot influence the Content uploaded to ARMA REFORGER Workshop by other Users. We expressly refuse to take any liability for eventual damages the Content may cause to Your device or to You.
We will make reasonable effort to remove any Content which We find or is reported to Us as defective (contain viruses, errors, is in any other way in breach with these Terms of Use) but We cannot guarantee that all Content uploaded to ARMA REFORGER Workshop is free of such defects and is in compliance with these Terms of use particularly with Sec. 3.
6. Termination
We hope to maintain and support ARMA REFORGER Workshop for a long time but We cannot guarantee any specific duration of ARMA REFORGER Workshop and We can in Our sole discretion terminate the running of ARMA REFORGER Workshop at any time.
