We’ve all been there: stuck in the driver’s seat of the BTR with nothing but road ahead, explosions around you, and chaos quickly closing in. Crackr captures that “just keep driving” energy perfectly as the firefight kicks off. Great shot that I'm sure many people can relate with in some way.

We thought this shot by Pablo Silva was worthy of a mention. Pablo really packed this shot with a lot to look at, from the close-up of the soldier to the armor and helicopters moving in the background. It's a great showcase of the gear, vehicles, and scale all in one frame that Arma can have, especially when modded.

We’re always a sucker for a beautiful landscape, and this shot by Daniel from his Faircroft Islands terrain definitely caught our eye. The rocky stream and lush woodland setting gives it a warm, natural feel that’s easy to appreciate. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to stop mid-mission just to take in the view. Great to see the progress being made on this terrain.

This one really makes you wonder what the story is. As this lone figure looks out over the Everon countryside, are they a hunter, an FIA member, or just someone taking a quiet walk? Beautiful shot by Der Retromann, with lovely lighting that gives the whole scene a calm, almost movie-opening feel.

We had to feature this wonderfully laid-back shot by WAVE, with a soldier kicking back and watching two UH-1 gunships cruise overhead. The little details really make it too, from the relaxed lounging to the cigar in hand. Honestly, we’re vibing with this one.

COM-DEV
Community Veteran Ironbeard is back with a massive breakdown video covering the ins and outs of his modded game mode, Conflict Escalation. This Make Arma Not War 2025 second-place winner, dubbed the “Conflict Director’s Cut,” brings some major twists to the vanilla Conflict experience with new variants and plenty of bold gameplay changes. Watch the full breakdown, grab it from the Workshop, and jump into his server in-game to try it for yourself.
The FFAA mod team has been busy on their dev branch, continuing to build out a more faithful Spanish Armed Forces experience in Reforger. The latest Core updates bring new gear, optics, patches, infantry loadouts, desert-focused configs, and reworked assets like the G36, USP, and uniform camo patterns. Their vehicle work is also moving along, with fixes and improvements to the VAMTAC ST5 and Neton MK2. If you’re looking for a polished Spanish faction mod with a lot of detail and steady progress, this is definitely one to try out.

New developments mean new terrains to explore, and Armenhof by Veteran Modder Jakerod brings the Cold War straight to the West German countryside. This 3.8 x 3.8 km slice of West German countryside is set in June 1989 as Soviet forces push toward Fulda. Based on real-world heightmap, satellite, and vector data, the terrain features towns, farms, forests, creeks, a quarry, and even hidden NATO “Stay Behind” bunkers. It’s a great fit for Cold War scenarios, defensive operations, and Game Master missions. Grab it on the Workshop!

For players who love the game's soundscape or just nature walks, Hushed Woodlands is a subtle sound mod worth checking out. EO has remixed Reforger’s forest soundscapes to make wooded areas feel quieter and more natural, softening harsh ambient tones so birds, movement, and forest ambiance stand out more. It works across Everon, Arland, and Kolguyev, making patrols through the trees feel just a little more atmospheric.
Here’s a cool one to keep on your radar: STXKER has been teasing work on the Kurganets-25 for RHS, bringing this modern Russian armored vehicle to life for Arma Reforger. The exterior is already looking sharp, and the work-in-progress interior shows a lot of attention to detail and layout. Still early, but this is shaping up to be an awesome (and deadly) addition!

COM-OPS
If you’re looking for ways to make your cinematics or screenshots look a little better, Arma Guard has a handy guide worth watching. This tutorial walks through how to keep AI from moving around or awkwardly posing while you’re trying to film or line up the perfect shot. Give it a watch and check out their channel for more useful Reforger tips or funny movie skits. Using it may earn you a spot in the next COMRAD!
Can devs play their own game? We put that theory to the test in a closed Game Master session, teamed up with ASAPGaming, and sent our dev team into Arma Reforger to investigate strange reports tied to secret Soviet projects. The devs had no idea what was waiting for them, and as you can probably guess, things did not go entirely according to plan. Watch the chaos unfold and see how they handled the mission.
COM-VIDEO
Justin Taylor has teamed up with Bohemia Interactive to take a hilarious but informative look at why the Russian BTR-70 has earned its reputation as a screaming metal death trap. He breaks down why the vehicle struggled in real life, why it gets you blown up in-game, and how it was actually meant to be used. Give it a watch for some military history, gameplay insight, and plenty of BTR slander.
The Mi-8 may be a heavy bird, but once it gets moving, it can absolutely control the battlefield. In this video, Arma Pilot brings the gunship action and quickly becomes the most hated player on the server with some brutal close air support. Check it out for helicopter chaos and plenty of reasons to fear the skies when he's around.
Behind enemy lines, every shot and every move counts in this tense sniper team video from King Alex and The Serialist. The duo works together to pick off enemies, sabotage supply lines, and stay hidden as vehicles and infantry close in around them. Plenty of close calls to make this one well worth a watch.
Speaking of The Serialist, he’s back with another cinematic video focused on sneaking behind enemy lines and causing problems where it hurts most as - "The Saboteur." This time, he moves through dense fog with a lightweight loadout, targeting enemy supply lines while staying mobile and hard to pin down. Give it a watch if you enjoy tense sabotage, mischief, and a fight against a... Bradley driver boss?!
