Addition of bomb vest AI within default FIA groups for PVE scenarios, using Skyrbose's Middle East Insurgents mod!

Testing a retexture of the PC Gen III vest from RHS to turn it into the MSV Gen II vest that the US Army is beginning to field.

Adds interceptor body armor vests and MOLLE II pouches sets to use with.

This is a full pack of clothing, equipment, armor, helmets and more using the RHS framework. Some of the items are from RHS, some are native to VRT.
