FIA Militia Overhaul 2 Civ Exp

Adds in even more variants to the FIA Militia Overhaul 2 mod! Primarily taking clothing from Civilians Expanded 2 as well as Bandit Gear

FIAtoURC

changes the FIA (Flag, Emblem, and Name) to the URC (United Revolutionary Caucus), made for personal usage.

Overhauls the FIA soldiers to be more militia-like

Overhauls soviet groun vehicles to be tan. This replaces vanilla vehicles, does not add new ones.

Replaces the FIA with Democratic Republic of Wadiya, from the movie 'The Dictator' (only replaces some textures)

Overhauls/Replaces the US faction and replaces it with a US Backed, US sympathetic government

IEDs available in FIA arsenal and placeable in GM. IEDs made from vanilla items and such

Placeable Posters for Tears of Man, found in Civilian arsenal.
