Map Markers with UTC Time

Adds an UTC timestamp upon a marker being created.

This makes it possible to discern which markers have been added recently and which are not relevant anymore.

Keep Map Markers on Disconnect

Prevents the server from deleting the map markers of a player when a disconnect occurs.

Automatic Map Marker Deletion

Causes map markers to delete themselves automatically after a certain period of time.

Player Map Markers

Marks players and vehicles occupied by players on the map.

Unlimited_Map_Markers

Removes restriction of map marker limit when placing custom or preset icons on the map. 
Also allows for deleting other players' markers.

Map Mark Unlimited

Minor tweaks to map marker functionality: less restrictions, less unnecessary UI elements.
