Beretta M93R

This mod adds two Beretta M93R Machine Pistol variants with different rates of fire, as well as a stock for recoil control. Access is gated by rank requirements and supply costs for balancing.

The M9 Silenced is a sub-variant of the M9 pistol equipt with an M9-QD suppressor that uses subsonic ammunition for maximun stealth.

Fixed Ghost9 to be properlly listed as a secondary weapon in arsenals and loadout editors.
Fixed Glocks not appearing in loadout editors and allowed for use of sight attachments.
