Low Ratio Transfer Box fix WIP

Modification of some stock vehicles so they can climb better.
As the vehicles in game lack the proper low ratio transfer box options, I have added a low ratio crawler gear for them to simulate this.

BRDM and BTR periscopes

Adds actions to look through periscopes on BTR and BRDM.
I made LAV25 with working periscopes, stabilization and NVG in RHS, vanilla LAV25 are just vanilla LAV25.
Mod for 1.3

BRDM and BTR variants

Made a cosmetic hatch for the BTR and BRDM to give it a unarmed variant, Also includes a smaller hatch hole for a M2 variant.

Note - not authentic!

Bavvos Escapists mods

Updated the default inventory for the Armoured vehicles for our Escapists server.

Will probably tweak/remove later so ignore for now.
