As the year 2025 draws to a close and holidays are just around the corner, we've decided to spread a little bit of the Christmas spirit by gifting one of you a free copy of Arma Reforger on Steam and an exclusive Arma Reforger Christmas sweater in our first-ever Screenshot Competition.
Many of you have sent your entries, and the decision was not easy at all. We've received some stunning work created directly through gameplay, using Game Master, or via Workbench, so let's have a look at some of the best screenshots created by you.

Miguel Angel Posada Gonzales has sent us a very simple but no less effective image of an airborne trooper high up in the sky, entering the AO. Simple, powerful, well-captured!

The BUSHWAR team shows off their incredibly unique look at Reforger. The African setting takes you far away from the post-Soviet desolation of Kolguyev and even further from the picturesque countryside of Arland or Everon. A nice showcase setting up the mood for their sessions perfectly.

Edwin and Masterdjarch show us that you don't need to feel limited with the use of in-game tools to create a compelling scene. Both of these images were captured using only Game Master. Both set the mood well and represent Arma Reforger nicely.

An epic operator showcase created by Chris Quinn, including some sleeve tattoos, a beard, a modern loadout, and very interesting color grading. A truly epic image.

Moody, dark, yet epic, and beautiful. This sunset scene by Azzey utilises lighting and lens flares perfectly. Using tracers as trails for the UH-1H rockets is certainly an unorthodox choice, but not entirely out of place. Props for creativity for that one. Definitely wallpaper material.

The name My Vape Blew Up needs no introduction in the Arma Reforger screenshotting world. His images have a vision to them. Great ideas, very nice execution, top-notch use of lighting assets, and particle effects.
The first image is very reminiscent of Captain Miller's last stand in Saving Private Ryan. Beautiful use of depth of field and sunlight. The second shot is an intense helicopter dismount from the eyes of one of the troops, with a nice utilization of animations and custom bone manipulations.
The third image was very nearly a winning shot in this competition. Excellent use of light and shadow, great composition, dramatic body poses, and top-notch postprocessing. Watch for those clipping hands, weapons, and webbings, though. These screenshots are only a few bone manipulations away from true greatness!

DriftyTime, also known as Kae, is another well-known name to the Arma photographic community. This image very nicely blends the worlds of Reforger and DayZ, with a US Special Forces soldier most likely fighting his last battle yet unwilling to give up. Great use of injured facial textures and decals. Props for making sure nothing clips and everything fits the scene well. The M67 grenades in their pouches are a neat little detail!

A poignant and quiet scene by Sabre showing a Soviet Naval Infantry sniper taking a well-deserved break. Lovely use of soft lighting and facial animations. Arma Reforger is not all bombastic action and explosions. The downtime is half of the fun, and this image captures it perfectly.
Winner

Time for our winner. It was a very close battle between My Vape Blew Up and Radioman, but the latter is our ultimate winner in the end! A spectacular scene showing intense night combat in the rain, utilising particle effects, damage textures, dramatic lighting, and expertly crafted facial animation. Moving all the individual facial bones is no easy task, and yet, Radioman was capable of portraying the raw emotion of the main character with both the mouth and, most importantly, the eyes.
The character is hurt, angry, and stressed, and it shows. The battle is not easy; you don't know where the enemy is attacking from, but you know the attack is ruthless. Great scene and brilliant execution. No clipping assets, no obvious technical errors, just a great cinematic capture worthy of our first and only prize.
Radioman, we will be in touch. You fully deserve your new Arma Reforger Christmas Sweater and a copy of Arma Reforger.
Everyone else, thank you again for your screenshots! It is inspiring to see what our community is capable of creating using the tools provided, and we're excited to see what more you will create in the future.
